How it could be to become a teacher...

Today we proposed some activities to present a topic to the class... a new experience in my life!
When preparing the activities and the format of our presentation, evaluation and so on we thought we had everything 'under control'.  But the fact is that no, we didn´t think on the most important thing in a classroom... not being the contents of the class, nor the method, not even our explanations... we didn´t take into account the students!  In my opinion, we did our job the best we could trying to help our mates to get to know about our topic. But, as a matter of fact, and despite almost all of them assured that they know what we were talking about, I disagree!
As of our way of helping 'our students' to acquire new knowlege, I am very sure we did many things that have to be improved, but at the same time I belief that we really worked great as a group this time, adopting each of us a role in the class in a very espontaneous manner and adapting the development of the activities instantaneusly.
As for the real knowledge transmited I have my own theory, that has been proved to me once again, those who want to learn something always do and those who does not have the attitude will never do, notmatter what you do to get into them.  It is not a very optimistic thought but at this point, in the university, I think we are almost adults (some of us more than others!). Therefore, we should know what we want and what we are here for.
Nevertheless if we think about primary school teaching experience I am quite sure that it will not be this way.  Teachers will find much more encouraging and challenging to put all their energies with more needed students rather than with the brilliant ones, which does not seem too fair to me either...

It is a really difficult job if you think about it...
