Today's class was really interesting as for two different points of view: First of all, we could learn another technique to improve learning through cooperative work; and on the hand we could check if all the concepts and knowledge we have acquired so far are applied in the Spanish system.
Dividing topics and spliting them into groups apart from letting us work with classmates we have never worked with before is good for having different points of view on how to structure and explain it.
I have attached the summary that schematizes our topic: 'Spain: Guidance and Counselling in Early Childhood'.
The second part that I have abovementioned regarding already defined concepts being fitted into the Spanish system, leads us to pay higher attention to the fact that the law (LOE) leaves the responsability of the guidance development to the educational authorities, this is, to the Autonomous Communities. As Education in Spain is highly politized, we could easily think that the organization of the counselling and guidance services may be different from one place to another within the Spanish territory.
It also seems important to me the fact that the text really emphasizes the 'inclusion of new students' or the 'satisfactory integration of a student within the group of classmates'.
